Wayne Combs
Wayne Combs appeared as a guest at Renfro Valley and was always well
received by the audience. So when he auditioned for a full-time position
on the shows, he was hired on the spot.
Wayne has been singing gospel quartet music since the age of 14 and enjoys singing many types of music. He was a member of the Appalachian Troubadours and spent two years touring with the Calvary Heirs Quartet. A seasoned performer well beyond his years, Wayne wears many hats here in Renfro Valley.
Wayne cherishes every minute spent with his Renfro Valley family who he says, “has made me feel like I belong here.” Originally from Irvine, Kentucky, Wayne now resides in Rockcastle County with his wife, Pam Perry Combs, and their three grandchildren.
