Don Gulley
Don is a regular on the Renfro Valley Barn Dance, assisting with just
about anything that can use his smooth musical talents. It’s no
wonder that Don won our “Most Cooperative Award” at the end
of our 1994 season. As a lead singer, he’ll step up to the microphone
and “wow” you with his smooth vocal style. When he’s
not singing, he’s picking that acoustic guitar of his.
You can’t help but appreciate his many talents, whether he’s soloing, providing backup vocals or working as a member of the “Renfro Valley Quartet.” Don’s been a musician most of his life, opening shows for well known country artists as a member of “The Pinnacles” and “The Country Volunteers.” His experience is evident the minute he steps up on stage.
Don lives in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, with his wife, Linda. They have two children, Kristi and Steve.
